Your Perspective
In this versatile position, you will provide important support to our management and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly with your structured way of working and hands-on mentality. As the central interface between management, employees and external partners, you will take on a variety of tasks: You will contribute your expertise and enthusiasm in the areas of accounting, controlling and office management, organize meetings, travel and company events and prepare reports, presentations and statistics independently.
Your Tasks
- Administrative and organizational support: You relieve the management of day-to-day tasks, organize appointments and meetings and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Bookkeeping and controlling: You will take over the process from checking incoming invoices to preparatory bookkeeping and cooperation with external financial accounting.

Your Perspective
In this exciting position, you will be part of our dynamic development team. You will work closely with various departments and play a key role in the technical development and optimization of modules for the spectrophotometric analysis of blood. You will support the design and validation of these systems for clinical testing environments and contribute to the development of calibration methods and algorithms.
Through your analytical skills and expertise in spectroscopy, you will significantly contribute to the innovation and advancement of our technologies. - Development and optimization of algorithms and calibration methods.

You will act as an interface between different technical disciplines and contribute significantly to the success of our projects with your expertise in software development. With your know-how in C++, Qt and the development of graphical user interfaces, you will implement sophisticated software solutions and ensure the highest quality and safety of our products through the implementation and maintenance of unit tests. Your work is not only technically demanding, but also of central importance for the satisfaction of our customers and the further development of our software solutions in the medical field. Your Tasks
Design and implementation of software for laboratory equipment in the medical field in accordance with ISO 62304:
- Collaboration in the creation of the software architecture and development of software concepts
- Development of application software using C++/Qt
- GUI development using C++/Qt
- Documentation of software architecture and concepts
- Implementation and maintenance of unit tests for critical software parts
- Development of software interfaces to peripheral and host systems (e.g. LIS2-A2, HL7, production, remote maintenance in the field, etc.)
Your Qualification
- Completed specialist training (TU, FH) in the field of computer science, telematics or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in object-oriented software development with C++
- Knowledge of the Qt framework, ideally also Qt Creator and Designer
- Experience in planning and implementing automated tests (unit tests and/or test frameworks)
